Border examples
On this page are examples of the borders available for Web page elements.
Across the page, they are: Solid, Dashed, Dotted, Double, Groove, Ridge, Inset, Outset
The border widths of the elements in the rows from top to bottom are 9 pixels wide; 6 pixels wide, 3 pixels wide, and 2 pixels wide.
Each of the borders will change color as you hover your mouse pointer over them.
If you have Interet Explorer 8 or later, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or other capable browser,
when you click on the elements in each row, they will change color and switch
to a complimentary border style.
That is: Solid to Double, Dashed to Dotted, Dotted to Dashed, Double to Solid,
Groove to Ridge, Ridge to Groove, Inset to Outset, and Outset to Inset, respectively.
